Declaration regarding buy/sale of share by Sponsors/Directors:

We hereby confirm that, aside from one specific non-trading transfer, no transactions involving the buying or selling of shares by any Sponsor or Director of the Company have occurred.

The exception is a transfer of 4,950,000 shares of the late Sponsor, Mrs. Sajeda Mirza, to her nominee, Mr. A. R. Hassan Mirza (who is also a Sponsor of the Company). This was a transfer of ownership pursuant to nomination and not a market transaction.
